Mickey Mouse Clubhouse party ideas

Posted on June 30, 2021 by admin

MICKEY MOUSE! Who doesn’t love that famous mouse and all his friends? Here are some great ideas for a fun Mickey Mouse party! Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is all about solving puzzles that are essential to achieving the goal of the day, so throw a birthday party for your child where she and her friends can immerse themselves in the fun and excitement of learning new things while doing the things.

Invitations: Print themed coloring pages from the official Disney Mickey’s Clubhouse website. They are really cute and there are so many to choose from. On a separate sheet of brightly colored red, blue, or yellow paper, write or print the party details – who, when, and where. “Mickey and his friends are having a birthday party and they want you to join the gang!” it would be the perfect wording for the invitation. You can even cut the invitation paper into the shape of Mickey’s head and ears. For added flair, you can add a few crayons or even a small box of 8. Have each guest color their image to display at the party. Put both papers in an envelope, seal with Mickey sticker and deliver. This idea works especially well for a toddler party.

Decorations: For Mickey Mouse party decorations, use lots of red, yellow, and blue streamers and balloons. Have bunches of helium-filled balloons, as well as lots of air-filled balloons floating across the party floor. Cut out a large Mickey head shape from black construction paper with a very large sign that says “Welcome to the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse!” and stuffed animals around the scene. Put posters of Mickey and his friends on the wall. Have a designated spot for guests to display their artwork that was sent with the invitation! Using red, yellow, and blue construction paper, cut out several different shapes such as circles, squares, squiggles, and triangles. Hang the shapes with fishing wire from the ceiling around the party area or on the party table. Use different lengths of wire to make it look really neat! You can even do the same with numbers! Cut out the numbers 1 through 9 and place them around the walls. Mickey is all about learning!

Crafts: Make your own Mickey ears. Buy some black headbands and black foam craft paper. Before the party, cut the ear shapes beforehand so that all you have to do with the little ones is glue the ears together. Hot glue the ears so guests can wear them right away. You can even prep them and present them to guests as they arrive. Have some pink bows for little Minnie’s attendance! Make Your Own Mouskespotter – A mousekespotter helps Mickey find the things he needs so that when you’re done you can play a little game of “Eye Spy” with items around the party area. All you need is paper towels, cardboard tubes, and things to decorate like markers, thread, crayons, stickers, foam, and glitter. Place the decorating materials on the designated craft table and give each child a cardboard tube. Have the children create and decorate their own mousekespotter!

Games: I Spot … Play Mickey’s favorite game using shapes, numbers and colors. Before the party, make several large shapes or numbers out of colored paper. You can even use the ones you’ve already created and hung to decorate the party area! Then make sure you have a duplicate of each shape you cut. When it’s time to play, you hold a shape, a purple flower, for example, and say “I see a purple flower … right?” Children will run to the picture that matches the one you are holding or identify the shape by remaining seated and using their newly created Mouskespotter. You can play this multiple times, getting a bit more challenging as you go. Musical chairs: with a twist, of course! Instead of chairs, use a flat floor space. Use a variety of large, multi-colored shapes and glue them firmly to the floor in a circle. At game time, have the guests walk around the outside of the circle and when the music stops they should quickly and carefully sit down in one of the forms. In each round, remove one of the shapes or place a Disney stuffed animal in the spot so the kids know the seat is already taken. It would be better to have more seats so that the children at the beginning so that everyone can play a bit before being eliminated. Ready for round 2!

Menu: What is Mickeys favorite song? The “Hot Dog Song”, of course! What a perfect meal to serve at lunchtime! If your little one isn’t a fan of hot dogs, try serving Mickey Mouse pancakes and syrup like they do at Disney World. Since mice love cheese, have a variety of cubed cheeses and crackers for little Mickey and Minnie Mice to eat before lunch! Another option is to serve “Mic-Aroni” and cheese. You can even buy macaroons in the shape of Mickey’s head! Bake your own Mickey Mouse cake. Bake one 9 “round cake and two 6” round cakes. Arrange the cakes so that the larger cake is the face and two smaller cakes are Mickey’s ears. Frost the face with white frosting. Frost the ears with chocolate frosting. Put your happy birthday wish, some candles and a little Mickey figure. Clever! A Mickey Mouse masterpiece!
