When we are in very positive emotions such as happiness, joy, love, etc. we are in our true state. This is the state of energy through which happiness flows and all desires are allowed to arise. In other words, when we ‘feel good’ we are heading in the right direction towards our ‘happiness’. Likewise, when we are in negative emotions, we are receiving the equivalent negative emotional experiences from the universe. This is a vibrational universe and what is coming to us is what we are emitting emotionally. Our emotional well-being is of infinite importance. I have discovered various strategies of how to stay in high positive emotion lately because I want a magnificent life experience.
Here are some ways that I have found that can help you move into this positive high emotion as well. If you have ideas of your own, I welcome your feedback.
1.) Creativity: Being creative is always an uplifting activity. One has to be in the flow of life to be creative. Creativity can be anything from painting a picture to creating a beautiful meal.
2.) Physical Endurance: Nutrition and Exercise: When we move our bodies and feed them healthy food, we allow wellness to flow through us.
3.) Money: it can buy us pleasant experiences.
4.) Freedom of time: having time to enjoy and be and do what gives us pleasure.
5.) Enjoyment/Fun/Laughter: This could include anything from watching a great show on TV to seeing a concert. It’s doing something you enjoy.
6.) Beautiful, Healthy Relationships – Surround yourself with positive people who encourage you and help you see your true nature.
7.) Clear old memories that are causing stress in the body: One method of doing this is called travel work. You can learn how to do Journey work by going to a shop in your area. 8.) Intellectual Growth: when one is learning new things, enjoying the process of its expansion and following the flow of life.
9.) Do the job you love.
10.) Prayer/Meditation/Being in Nature/First Nations Sweats: All of these events can help us feel better.
This list can go on but one thing must be in place, we must enjoy whatever we choose and when we enjoy our lives we are moving into higher and higher energy. When we are in this higher energy, we are manifesting more of what we want from this physical experience.
