Sometimes a man needs to go through an embarrassing encounter to motivate himself to make changes. This is what happens to me and the problem is regarding premature ejaculation.

Just as you can work to control your PC muscle, you can also work to control your mind. The easiest thing to do in the beginning are the breathing techniques. When you feel a rapid ejaculation coming on, start to take a deep breath. This calms and relaxes the mind, removing the overwhelming feeling of nervousness and worry.
Over time, you will develop more of a machine mentality. You are the pleasure machine and it is your job to please your partner. You got it.
When you keep concentrating on your work, your confidence increases. When you believe that you have the power to last as long as you need to (which you do), then you won’t give in to premature ejaculation syndrome. You just need to instill and solidify that thought within your mind.
