We spend hours, days, years and lifetimes trying to discover the key to success, the path to happiness, the path to wealth… and the list goes on. We often feel stuck, frustrated, tired, and discouraged as we wonder why we keep pursuing the impossible.

After spending several years in defeat, I finally figured out how to “unstuck”; how to build a life beyond the basics and how to make the “impossible” possible. I literally learned how to go from rags to riches.
It seems like it wasn’t that long ago that I found myself applying for food stamps so I could feed my family. He had a job, though it wasn’t enough. I could barely afford to buy the basics, much less anything extra. I wondered if life beyond that point was possible.
Of course it was. She just couldn’t see him from where he was standing. But what if you don’t have to watch it? What if, for now, you just have to admit that it IS possible? What if he just had to take one small step at a time (nothing too threatening) and one day he woke up at the front door of financial and emotional freedom?
General reality: after reading many books, self-help articles and listening to numerous motivational audios, everything starts to sound like a hype. The prospect of going from a life of struggle to a life of luxury is quite a difficult concept to grasp, let alone believe that it can happen quite quickly.
My reality: you can. I have done. Really.
So what does this have to do with you? Everything’s good.

Yes, action is the key to everything. Some may argue that thought is the key to everything, and that is also correct. Let me explain:
You can only launch an action after a thought. If you learn to control your thoughts, you will control your actions. It is your actions that will take you where you want to be (or what you fear). Whatever you are thinking and acting on is what you are creating and manifesting as your reality.
Mastery of one’s thoughts can be achieved through a variety of methods and repetitive exercises. Many now seek the guidance of a life coach to motivate and guide them through this process and beyond.
