A shift in consciousness is taking place in the minds and hearts of many people around the world. We are realizing that we have a higher purpose on the planet to serve in the service of humanity. It is not the case that we are born, we grow up with life experiences that shape who we are, we grow old and die and that is the end. We have a nagging feeling that we have something profound to do here. We may not be quite sure what that higher purpose is, but we know that there is some path, not yet illuminated, that we must follow in order to accomplish our agreed-upon task. We are called light workers and we We know that we are here to accomplish some divine task and we are eager to find a way to accomplish it.
According to V. Sanders of the associatedcontent.com website
“A light worker is, in essence, a person who experiences a higher calling to help people and the world itself through prayer, healing, meditation, energy work, and related practices. may designate as light workers they may be involved in Reiki or other energy healing, yoga, chiropractic massage, or a full list of spiritual or natural healing techniques. The one common point they all share is the belief that the desire to do whatever The work they are doing in the field of healing is the product of a higher calling and ultimately fulfills its purpose on this planet. “
There is often a problem associated with realizing that one is a light worker. We know with certainty that we are one, from the longing in our hearts to serve, but we have not received clear guidance on what that noble task is. Of course, some brave people know at an early age that they must go to Africa to help Rwandan refugees. Others become doctors who perform life-saving surgeries. However, others are dedicated to social work, the defense of human rights or religious life. These lightworkers have a clear understanding of their path and mission in this life and set out to fulfill it with clarity and purpose. But what about the rest of us, average, hardworking, insecure light workers “coming out of the closet” who know we have something important to do in the world, but have no idea what it is? Whether we are soccer moms with an annoying little voice urging us to do more, or humble business owners looking for ways to quietly serve within their organizations and make a difference on a larger scale. Suzanne Falter-Barnes, the renowned branding expert, has stated that she has experienced this fear and anguish, as well as many other famous healers and inspiring leaders.
These poor souls are experiencing the Lightworker Syndrome. This unfortunate illness affects the light worker by creating panic, frustration, and anguish in the mind and heart. It is a terrible feeling of unease and fear of not being able to fulfill our purpose in time before our life ends. We ask God or the Universe for clarity. We ask and we ask and we ask, but many times the Universe is silent or gives a crumb of hope, from time to time to guide us on our way. But most of the time, we are left with the understanding of the dilemma, the need to serve, but without clear direction on how to make a big difference in the world.
There are ten stages in Lightworker Syndrome that you may have experienced on your journey so far:
Euphoria – You realize that you want to do something good with your life that is of service to humanity and that you want to join the order of light workers on the planet and you are ready to start your soul work NOW. Hurrah!
Asking for directions: You are sure the Universe will be pleased with your decision and will send your ‘Welcome to the Lightworker Team’ manual by express mail. You sit and wait very pleased with yourself.
Looking for inspirational clues, messages, and nudges when the manual is late in delivery. Hmm. Nothing comes yet … Does the Universe have my correct direction? Questions more seriously.
You get impatient: you are sure that the information will be delivered to you shortly on the proverbial silver parchment. Like in the classic Wendy’s commercial, Where’s the meat? when the frustrated older ladies can’t find anyone in the hamburger company’s customer service department and a lady exclaims, “I DON’T THINK ANYONE IS BEHIND!” This level of frustration can be experienced quite acutely at this stage.
You start to get mad at the Universe for not answering, “Where’s my Lightworker manual, anyway?” You start complaining to yourself and wondering what you were thinking in the first place …
You complain to anyone who listens to you: God does not respond and you don’t know why, when you offer yourself in service with such devotion. (I am sorry for my own friends who have personally experienced my complaints at this stage.)
You start to get angry, you look up and you say: Why don’t you listen to me? Your panic level begins to rise. What if I don’t get this in time and I can’t accomplish my mission? “” You find yourself saying in a low voice with a trembling lip, “All I want to do is serve …”
Figuratively, he raises his spirit arms in the air and turns his back on the lightworker who calls out to him for a short time. Hit your foot like a smug child who turns around when he doesn’t get what he wants. That manual does not come …
But wait! Do not despair!
Then all of a sudden a new day dawns and it seems that you have gained wisdom about God’s timing. You release the urgent need to serve and let it be for a while, releasing the anxiety and fear that time is running out. Contemplate the meaning of Divine Time in your life, and work on your own spiritual growth and stability and prepare for what is to come … because God is listening …
Go forward with confidence and certainty in your activities in practical life and look for ways to serve. You allow intuitive messages to appear in your head. People and opportunities begin to cross his path and things begin to flow in his quest to serve. You smile to yourself, look back and say, “Aahhh, this is what Divine Time is all about. I knew it from the beginning …
The Lightworker Syndrome is a challenging process, but if you don’t lose faith and don’t give up, you will find your way. God can test your faith, patience, or commitment to serve. God and the Universe are ALWAYS listening.
The key to overcoming the Lightworker Syndrome is to understand this: when you commit to being a Lightworker on the planet, God hears you and rejoices. Your time is not always God’s time. If you can relax and let the process unfold, God will put things in your way to help you fulfill your mission. You must act to find your way forward, not with pressure, but with grace and faith in the result,
Are you a light worker? Are you following your call? If so, good for you …
If you are not sure what your calling is, don’t worry. If you live with faith, love, and service, you will be asked to help heal the planet in ways that are unique to you.
Something that only YOU can do that will make a difference.
