Sex is an important part of any relationship. So I can understand why you want a way to finally put an end to your premature ejaculation problems. The good news is that PD is not a condition you have to live with for the rest of your life; is perfectly curable and can be easily disrupted!
There are 3 main factors as to why premature ejaculation occurs. PD is caused by mental and physical factors and health problems. And to be permanently PE-free, you need to address all 3 of these factors together.
Tip #1: Reprogram yourself mentally
One of the biggest misconceptions today is that your largest sexual organ is your genital. No… the truth is that your brain plays the most important role during sex!
The key to being able to last longer in bed is to free your mind of all the sexual anxiety that you often experience while making love. This allows you more control over your ejaculation and not end up shooting too soon.
Here’s a tip you can use: Focus on pleasuring yourself first. Spend some time foreplay before penetrating her. You will find that this makes your mind and body more relaxed, helping you avoid an early climax!
Tip #2: Strengthening your sexual muscles
Your pubococcygeus muscle (or PC muscle), located on the pelvic floor, is responsible for controlling both urination and ejaculation. Ultimately, it is important that you condition and improve your strength so that you can achieve better control in holding back during intercourse.
One of the several exercises you can do to strengthen your PC muscle is to squeeze it for several repetitions. Contract the muscle as if you were holding in and hold for 10 seconds. Release the muscle and relax for another 10 seconds. You do this for about 20 repetitions, twice a day.
Tip #3: Eat avocado
Avocado is an amazing and delicious food that you can add to just about any other meal or snack. It helps magnificently to increase the amount of proper nutrients to prepare you physically and mentally for a wild night of passion in the bedroom.
Why avocado?
Not only because of its healthy low cholesterol and sodium content. Avocados are also an excellent source of dietary fiber, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, many minerals, protein, and amino acids; all of which provide your body and mind with the power to perform well sexually!
